Once you’ve registered, submitting a proposal is a simple matter of filling out a web-form.
A Guide to Submitting a Proposal is available to download here.
This gives full step-by-step instructions to take you through the submission process, showing system screen-shots and providing answers to the most common queries.
You will have the opportunity to amend the proposal as often as you want before you submit it, with all draft proposals being stored in your own To Do List.
Once submitted, your proposal will automatically be routed to the commissioning team of your choice.
After submission, you will be able to track the progress of your proposal online.
Having problems submitting your proposal?
Have you followed the steps detailed in the user guide? There are some common scenarios which do not allow the form to save correctly - ALL are included in the User Guide and are noted on the form.
Have you:
- completed all the mandatory fields?
- had the form open for longer than 30mins? The nature of the internet means that some users' internet connections "timeout".
- copied & pasted bullet points or any non-standard text being from Word into any field?
- attached a file which is larger than 3mb?
- attached more than one attachment?
- attached an unsupported file type?
If having checked your IT system settings; followed the instructions on the user guides; been through all of the above points and you are still having problems, please contact the e-Commissioning system admin team here.
You can access the system and register here.
