New supplier accounts

Supplier Account Administrators will be sent their username and password when their company’s registration is completed by the BBC’s e-Commissioning Registration team.

Additional account users will receive their username and password when the Account Administrator for their Company creates their individual account.

When any new user is added, a single-use password will be sent to the registered email address and the system will ask you to choose a new password when you first login. Please note that the password security settings are case sensitive. You must use upper and lower case where necessary, entering the single-use password exactly how it was sent to you. Once changed, the system will only recognise your login password if it is entered exactly as it was the first time you logged in. Keep it safe!

Please note

• new passwords can only be sent to the registered email account as these are system-generated messages.
• once you have selected a new password, the single-use password is no longer valid.
• for security reasons, once you change your password no-one at the BBC has access to your new password, there is no centrally maintained list of passwords.
• once you have selected a new password your account can only be reset and a new password generated ensuring that only you can access your account.
• you should not share your account password with anyone else.

Forgotten your password?

Additional account users - please contact your Account Administrator: they can reset your password.

Once your password has been reset you will be sent a new single-use password. You will have to choose a new password for future use when you first login.

Do NOT submit a new registration application if you forget your password, this will be rejected as a duplicate.

Locked your account?

If someone tries to access your account and uses an incorrect password more than a certain number of times, it will lock. This is an intentional safety feature designed to protect users’ accounts.

If your account becomes locked, please contact the BBC’s e-Commissioning system admin team here. You will need to state your e-Commissioning username.

Resetting your Password

The system will ask you to select a new password every 45 days or when you next login after this time. This is standard security protocol for a site of this nature and applies to ALL users.
