Programme Quick Checklist

There are a number of key documents and forms you need to supply throughout the production process. The list below should help you check that they have all been completed. Details about each one can be found elsewhere on the site.

• Recording Report – in Proteus where possible
• Presentation details – prior to transmission
• Publicity information/photos/interview clips

• PasB
• Compliance Form – (see Compliance and Policy) please submit in Proteus where possible
• Presentation Details and Written Trail
• Promotion Notes
• Production Details Form for Radio Times billings and other publicity
