Radio 3 tender - Late Evening Jazz Performance Strand
Radio 3 Commissioning Opportunity
Late Evening Jazz Performance strand
Radio 3 are retendering the Late Evening Jazz Performance strand (currently scheduled on Monday nights) for transmissions from September 10, 2012.
This strand now forms part of the WOCC (Window of Creative Competition) and, as such, is open to all suppliers, internal and external, who can demonstrate experience and expertise in producing a major weekly jazz music strand.
Please see in the downloads section of this page the brief for full editorial and financial details of the strand, together with some audience research about Jazz on 3, the strand which currently occupies that slot.
All offers should be submitted on Proteus by 12 noon on Wednesday 20 June 2012 using Radio 3 Commissioning Round 6 for 20122013 and commissioning brief no. 31279.
You will need to be a member of the Audio & Music Independent Production Company Database to pitch in this round.

Radio 3 will be drawing up a shortlist with the intention of discussion a number of tenders during the first week of July, and results will be issued on Thursday 12 July 2012.
