BBC Sport puts out sailing tender for 2012 Olympics

BBC Sport will be putting out to tender its domestic coverage of Sailing during the London 2012 Olympic Games. The tender will be open to all interested parties, with likely timings as follows:

  • ITT published:                                                    late-April 2011
  • Deadline for submission of responses to the ITT:  late-May 2011
  • Short-listing process/pitch meetings:                   early-June 2011
  • Contract Award:                                                 late-June 2011
