To comment on a BBC TV programme or radio programme
This is a guide to help you find commercially available BBC programmes from online suppliers.
For some time we've provided information about BBC radio programmes available to buy as audiobooks. We've also linked to commercial suppliers offering BBC music sessions.
Now we're beginning to do the same for some of our television programmes available on DVD and Blu-ray.
Over time we plan to offer this information for more programmes. We'll also include other formats in future, like download-to-own (DTO) and streaming video on demand (VOD).
The BBC believes that we should let you know where and when you can find the programmes, past present and future, that your licence fee has helped create.
We'll always try and tell you what's on the BBC now, and what's coming up. We'll make some programmes permanently available on bbc.co.uk, for instance BBC Four's Collections and 50 years of Desert Island Discs from the Radio 4 collections.
But often, after a programme has finished airing on BBC television or radio and in iPlayer, it is commercially available. Some programmes you can buy, others are available free and funded by advertising.
The Commercial Availability guide is a simple, clear way to find the programmes you want from online suppliers.
We'll also try to give you information about a choice of current formats from a range of suppliers.
