A mystery illness sweeps through St Gweep giving Mary and Angela the chance to play nurse to the community.

The two of them set up a temporary hospital in the room above the local pub, but when the landlord Jeff collapses delirious with fever and starts mumbling about hidden money, their bedside manner takes a back seat.

Mary and Angela turn the pub upside down in search of the cash, manically tearing up floorboards, but are they taking the fevered ranting of a sick man a bit too seriously?
