A new sitcom for the Two Pints team.

Fans of Two Pints Of Lager..., and we know there must be some of you, given the ratings, will be pleased to know that a follow-up series is in the pipeline.

Grownups has been created by the same team and stars Sheridan Smith, who played Janet in Two Pints, as 26-year-old Michelle.

The advance blurb for the show, which will be set in Manchester's Northern Quarter, says Michelle is "really freakin' out about her singledom and is in a running battle between career and partying. It's too confusing and big nowadays there are too many decisions, like whether to watch the Channel Four news or Cribs on MTV."
