Comedian Jeremy Hardy has been banned from performing in Burnley over comments he made about the BNP.
Jeremy Hardy has been banned from performing in Burnley, after upsetting the British National Party.

His November 30 gig in the council-run Burnley Mechanics club has been cancelled after he told Radio 4 listeners BNP supporters should be "shot in the back of the head".
The council, which has six BNP councillors, say Hardy's show was cancelled because of the nature of the comments and not simply because he upset party members.
He's not the first comic to be barred from the venue, as a planned Bernard Manning gig was similarly pulled last year.
A council spokesman said: "The decision was taken after our attention was drawn to controversial, unsavoury comments made by Mr Hardy on his national radio show which raised certain concerns."
"The decision was not taken on any political grounds."
BNP members had been urged to complain to the BBC ever since the September broadcast of Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation.
