Grumpy Punters

Why are some audiences such hard work? Jo Caulfield found out...

Jo CaulfieldJo Caulfield encountered one of the most difficult audience members she's ever tried to engage in conversation last night.

During her Role Model show at the Pleasance Dome, she asked him an innocent question, as she does many of her audience.

But it was greeted with a look of shocked disbelief that she would dare speak to him. So she stepped up the questioning to try to find out why he was so reticent and angry.

It was only when Jo asked the man his name did the penny drop. She had failed to recognise her own brother-in-law, who had grown a moustache since she last saw him.
