The human rights group are showing an open air screening...

AmnestyAmnesty International are giving a free open-air screening of the classic 1979 comedy benefit show The Secret Policeman's Ball in Princess Street Gardens next Friday.

It will be accompanied by a new documentary looking back at the seminal showcase, which featured Rowan Atkinson, John Cleese, Peter Cook, Billy Connolly and more.

The films start at 10pm. And hopefully the weather will hold out: it's currently tipping it down here again.
