Naked Desperation

It's not just flyerers, us journalists also get bombarded with cold calls from desperate performers begging us to see their shows.

I can't speak for others, but for me it's fairly ineffective, as I tend to know the shows anyway. But one today was new to me, even though the performers insisted they had sent several e-mails with their show title as the subject line.

Funny, I can't have read any of them, for some inexplicable reason.

The name of the show? Filthy Scrubbers.
