With over 50 years of hilarious British comedy moments to choose from we barely knew where to begin, but we've trawled through the BBC Comedy Archive and put together the first few collections of classic clips.

There'll be moments you'll remember fondly, some you've forgotten and some you had no idea existed at all.

We'll be adding new collections all the time, as well as inviting the best names in British Comedy to share their favourites with you. So, you'll never be short of classic BBC Comedy clips to keep you laughing, and if you've got an idea for clips or collections you'd like to see then get in touch.
