Collections: Edinburgh 2010 - Show Four

We've gone stand-up crazy here at BBC Comedy. Our Edinburgh : Live 2010 shows have featured an amazing array of comedians tearing up the stage for your comedy pleasure. But we're not finished yet - here's another selection of the best live acts in the business doing what they do best, filmed at The Pleasance Theatre in Edinburgh.

With his MTV series Brown Eyed Boy and an act that explores urban Britain, Marlon Davis is clearly onto a winner. The comedian who Chortle says, "bursts on to the stage like a breath of fresh air, with impish grin, boyish enthusiasm and an effortlessly open, confident style" has been likened to Chris Rock, who's apparently no slouch as a stand-up himself.

Delete the Banjax are a four-piece sketch, character cabaret and musical comedy ensemble. Gaz, Sam, Caz and Dan first got together in 2008 when Dan asked the other three "Do you want to be in a sketch group?" The rest, as they say, is history, as the foursome began to generate praise for subtly surreal sketch shows presented in their signature chaotic style. With added music.

Joe Wilkinson was terrified when he first stepped onto a stage to perform. His first words regarding a personal bowel excretion are too rude to mention here, but fortunately his act was a success and Joe's been having many more successes since. He no longer excretes on stage either.

The Guardian says that "Edward Aczel is perhaps Britain's greatest living anti-comedian". Aczel doesn't do gags, or punchlines, or have a well-rehearsed set. He barely even raises his voice. We think he's great.

Tom Wrigglesworth once helped a pensioner who been forced to pay a hefty fare for getting on the wrong train. He also does comedy when he's not being a good Samaritan, and it's just as well he does as he has won plenty of plaudits for his shows. Oh, and he's got a great comedy name.

Where do we start with Eric Lampaert? An internet sensation with his ads for VH1 and MTV, he's funny before he even opens his mouth. Fortunately, he's also funny when he speaks, but are those insanely long fingers real? You decide.
