Congratulations Michelle Roux Jr-top marks !
Having just watched Masterchef professionals tonight I was so pleasantly surprised with Michelle Roux's comments especially after listening to Monica's!!!
We were tempted to stop watching Masterchef yesterday as it is not necessary to knock chefs as much as Monica did; we found it very unpleasant-does she not realise that these chefs need to keep their job once they are eliminated from the show! We felt so sorry for some of them as their confidence must now be zero.

What's more, does she not realise that if you take a typical town, there will be hundreds of quality chefs who may not have prepared a lobster, especially those who are not on the coast.

Conversely, Michelle Roux's comments were very constructive managing always to give some positive feedback- a true professional and a very nice guy to boot!!!!
