Goodness Gracious me is a comedy sketch show originally on BBC Radio 4 and later broadcast on television on BBC Two. The TV series ran from 1998 – 2000 and starred Sanjeev Bhaskar, Meera Syal, Nina Wadia and Kulvinder Ghir. One of the best known and recurring sketches was the competitive mums who constantly argue about the accomplishments of their sons.
