My kids (3, 6, 9, all girls) recently found my DVD's of A Hard Days Night and Help and have spent late summer/autumn watching them. I'm not an evangelistic fan but have been a fan for life in a quiet way; The Beatles have always been there. My kids love what they see and hear in those films and now have copies of my Hard Days Night and Rubber Soul CD's among others.
My eldest and I stumbled upon this song and had fun finding the references. Then we Youtubed some Lennon solo stuff and HEY-PRESTO a fully fledged fan for life. Without even trying! And there's a best-of-CD out for Xmas to solidify that position.
What's wrong with that, Hm?
Your turn - I'm sure there's lots of people now thinking I'm evil/stupid/misguided/ignorant/insane/uneducated etc so lets hear it.
