Perhaps a subsequent plot could feature angel-fish counselling Misery from beyond the bowl? Or maybe more appropriately in our pick-a-mix spiritual culture this episode could be one of Misery's journey-steps in discovering that life-is-suffering and his subsequent attempts to find release. Buddha Ted?

This has unfortunately a real meaning for me...no I did not boil my goldfish but their water turned bad and I was advised to put them to sleep myself via fridge. However I was like Misery bear beside the grave. I can talk about it now. I have seen a therapist.
