Yes Minister transmitted between 1980 and 1982. After his party wins a General Election, Jim Hacker is appointed to the Cabinet as Minister for Administrative Affairs. Every day results in a battle of wills between the Minister and the devious and controlling Sir Humphrey. In this clip we see them all nervously awaiting a call to confirm who is the next Prime Minister.
