Harry Enfield's Television Programme is a British sketch show starring Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse. It was first broadcast on BBC Two in 1990 and amongst the regular characters were the unstylish DJs Smashie and Nicey. Here we seem them unconvincingly discussing the general election on their show.
