Are You Being Served is set in the old fashioned department store, Grace Brothers. The staff and management are usually at odds about something, so Captain Peacock gets a shock when he receives a special call from Mrs Slocombe. It all begins when Mr Lucas, who fancies Miss Brahms, sends a note addressed to 'Sexy Knickers' and it ends up in the wrong hands.
