Contestants are challenged to speak for one minute without hesitation, deviation or repetition on any subject that comes up on the cards. ‘CCTV’ features the talents of Clement Freud, Tim Rice, Paul Merton & Stephen Fry.

This sounds like a classic 'Just a minute' clip.
However it seems to have crashed or has a bug.
