Generation Gardens - Credit Munch
Designed by Mike Hinton and the Birmingham City Council Team
"This garden is designed with children in mind. It aims to stimulate their interest in gardening and wildlife by focussing on growing lots of tasty fruit and vegetables. One of the aims is to make the garden as colourful as possible by using wild flowers and companion plants with eye-catching vegetable varieties.
Everything is organically grown and there are bird feeders, ladybird houses and a scarecrow to ward off pests. After the show the garden will be rebuilt in Birmingham and used as a demonstration eco garden."

Really lovely, how wonderful to potter down the path and pick stuff for tea.

Wonderful garden for getting the children interested in growing their own healthy food whilst looking after the birds and insects that are so important for our gardens.
