Lila was a news and current affairs producer and reporter with the BBC World Service before she swapped her microphone for a trowel. She has written a gardening column for The Telegraph and this year reported on the Chelsea Flower Show for BBC television as well as posting blogs for our website.
Mark Gregory is a highly respected and successful landscape designer and contractor. He also specialises in building, and sometimes designing, show gardens. He has won nearly 80 medals over the years. This year he built the Marshalls Living Street show garden and designed an urban garden for the Children's Society, which won him his 13th Chelsea Gold.
Mark is an RHS judge and assessor and a former member of the Chelsea Gardens Panel. He lectures at several garden design schools and is assistant chairman of the Association of Professional Landscapers.
Gilly Brennan, horticultural researcher, is a gardener, landscaper and all-round plant enthusiast who believes that succulents are the way forward.
Louise Danks, horticultural researcher, has worked on the Chelsea Flower Show in different guises for the BBC for eight years and still gets excited about the show.
Tom Billington, assistant content producer, is experiencing Chelsea for the first time and looking after all things interactive.
Tom Sumner, senior content producer, is a keen gardener with a degree in horticulture. He's always on the look out for new perennials for his garden.
