Benefits to your child while playing this game:
This game helps children follow a story, which is good for their later reading skills. It is, of course, also great fun!
The game uses 'html', which is one of the simplest codes, fast to download and accessible to virtually all browsers. Explanation of different options in the game are below:
The 'Words' version, first choice of 'Who Spilled the Tubby Custard', is just the story (with pictures) which you can read out.
The 'Sound + Hints', second choice of 'Who Spilled the Tubby Custard', reads the story for you and you have to choose which direction Tinky Winky goes out of the two available. (There are clues in this version.)
The 'Sounds Only', third choice of 'Who Spilled the Tubby Custard', also reads the story out to you, but this time there are three possible directions to take and no clues.
You can also download the entire game and play it from your computer.
