Pirate Flag Straws

5 minutes This should take about 5 mins

You will need:

  • Coloured straws
  • Coloured card or paper
  • Scissors (adult use)
  • Crayons or colouring pencils

Remember to ask a Grown-up for help.

What to do:

Step 1

With a grown-up’s help cut a small rectangle out of your coloured card or paper.

Step 2

Fold over one of the shorter sides of the rectangle. With a grown-up's help, use the scissors to make two small snips in the folded edge of the paper.

Step 3

Use crayons or pencils to decorate your flag with pirate pictures.

Step 4

Thread the straw through the holes in the flag.
