Sheep Paper Plate Puppet
Make your own sheep hand puppet.
You will need:
- Print-out (1 page)
- 2 Paper plates
- Scissors (with adults help)
- Colouring pens or crayons
- Cotton wool balls
Remember to ask a Grown-up for help.
What to do:
To make the pocket for your hand, with a grown-up's help, cut a paper plate in half. Then add glue to the outer edge before sticking it to the other paper plate.
Next, ask a grown-up to help you cut around the dotted lines to make sheep's face, ears and hair shapes from the printout.
Colour in the sheep's ears with crayons or colouring pens.
Using glue, stick on the sheep's face onto the centre of the paper plate. Glue the sheep's ears to the side of the plate and the hair onto the top of the plate. Leave this to dry.
Add glue all around the hair shape and stick on cotton wool to the make the sheep's hair.
Now your sheep is ready to be a puppet. Put your hand in the back and wave it about!
