Carnival - Carnival Mask
Make a mask for Carnival.
This should take about 30 mins
You will need:
- Print-out (1 page)
- Card
- Scissors
- Coloured felt tip pens
- Glue
- Feathers, glitter, ribbons or sequins
- Pencil
- Small ball of plasticine
- String or elastic cord
Remember to ask a Grown-up for help.
What to do:
Step 1
With a grown-ups help print out the mask and cut two eye holes. Check that they are big enough to see through.
Step 2
Colour in the mask with nice bright colours.
Step 3
Decorate the mask by adding feathers, ribbons, glitter and sequins or anything nice and bright that you can find.
Step 4
Make a hole on each side of the mask by putting the plasticine under the mask and then poking a hole through using a pencil.
Step 5
Ask a grown up to help you cut 12-inchs of string or elastic cord, push through the hole in each side of the mask and secure with a piece of sticky tape.
Step 6
Now all you need to do is try your mask on and get ready to party!
