Introduction
Two games for the price of one here as your child has a go at two tasks set by Pat. The two challenges involve collecting mail and delivering it on time - and will test your child's keyboard skills as well as their thinking and reasoning skills. They're up against the clock so they'll need to concentrate and keep cool as they control the arrow keys and complete the two missions.
How to extend the fun
Your child could make their own Postman Pat delivery bag and parcels. The bag could just be an adapted carrier bag (draw a picture of Pat, then help them cut it out and stick it on the bag). Then make some parcels by wrapping up a few things from the toy box. Get them to write/scribble something on the front (for the address) and add a small sticker (which can be a stamp).
How to make a magic moment
Deliver your parcels around the house together. One could be for a member of your family, another for a pet, and another for their favourite toy. Special delivery service coming through!
