This activity is great for children who are learning to trace words and shapes and write their name. It's simple but fun and will help improve their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills as they put pen to paper. The more your child practise activities like this, the better they will become at gripping a pen and making precise (and less jerky) movements on the paper.
