This game allows your child to explore different parts of a farm. It develops their knowledge and awareness of the world around them - as well as their counting skills - as they help Auntie Mabel with various tasks such as collecting eggs and picking apples.
How to extend the fun
See if your child can tell you the names of any baby animals (eg piglets, calves, ducklings) that might live on a farm. You could also explore the Big Barn Farm pages on the CBeebies website for some extra farmyard fun and games.
How to make a magic moment
Click on the pond area of the game and say out loud the noises the creatures make - 'RIBBIT!' for the frog, 'QUACK!' for the duck and so on. What kind of noise would they make if they jumped in the pond? You could pretend to make splashing noises yourselves!
