This simple make is great for younger children. It's a fun way of helping to develop their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills as they colour in and decorate the cards. And you'll get to turn their creative efforts into cards which can be admired by friends and relatives!
How to extend the magic
After you've finished making the Christmas cards, why not click through to the Watch and Listen section of the CBeebies website and select 'Seasonal'. In there, you'll find a video clip called 'Preparing for Christmas'. Cuddle up together and watch two sisters opening an Advent calendar, wrapping presents and decorating a Christmas tree.
