Thumbprint Cards

Rabbit, chick and Easter Egg

Make a thumbprint card for your family and friends at Eastertime.

15 minutes This should take about 15 mins

You will need:

  • Coloured card
  • Finger paints
  • Pens or pencils
  • Apron/old clothes

Remember to ask a Grown-up for help.

What to do:

Step 1

Folding piece of card in half

Remember to put on an apron or wear old clothes. Fold your card in half to make a card.

Step 2

Putting thumb on piece of paper.

Put your thumb in the paint and then make a big thumbprint in the middle of the card.

Step 3

Thunb prints in paint that look like a rabbit.

Add two more prints at the top to make 'ears' and leave the card to dry. You can now address it to someone in your family or a friend.
