Balamory character easter eggs

Make and decorate your own fantastic Balamory Easter eggs.

45 minutes This should take about 45 mins

You will need:

  • Print-out (1 page)
  • Toilet tubes
  • Coloured pens or pencils
  • Glue
  • Printable page
  • Boiled egg or eggs
  • Safety scissors
  • Wool

Remember to ask a Grown-up for help.

What to do:

Step 1

Eggs boiling in a saucepan

Hard boil an egg for 10 minutes or eggs if you're making more than one. You must ask a grown up to help you with this.

Step 2

Hard boiled eggs in a bowl

Allow the eggs to cool.

Step 3

Cutting out the print out

Print off the printable page (link above) and you might want to colour them in too, then cut round the shapes.

Step 4

Cutting a toilet tube in half

Ask a grown up to help cut a toilet tube in half.

Step 5

Sticking the outfit onto the toilet tube

Glue your 'outfit' onto the outside of the toilet tube.

Step 6

Drawing a face on the egg

Draw a lovely face onto your egg using a felt-tip pen.

Step 7

Sticking wooly hair onto the egg

Add wool to make hair.

Step 8

Finished eggs sat in holders

Pop the egg into its 'outfit' to complete your wonderful Balamory egg. They seem too good to roll, don't they?
