Question: If one Boggle Train carriage can take three Tronjiboggles. How many carriages will you need to take ten Tronjiboggles?
Answer: One Tronji Boggle Train carriage can take three Tronjiboggles - so two carriages can take six - and three carriages can take nine. -
So you need four carriages to take ten Tronjiboggles. The answer is four carriages!
1. One Boggle Train carriage can hold three Tronjiboggles.
2. We need to get 10 Tronjiboggles onto the train.
3. The first carriage can hold three Tronjiboggles.
4. A second carriage can hold three more Tronjiboggles. There are still four Tronjiboggles left over.
5. A third carriage can hold three more Tronjiboggles. So far we have 3x3 =9 Tronjiboggles on the train, but...
6. ...There is still one more Tronjiboggle left over!
7. We need a fourth carriage to take the last Tronjiboggle.
8. So in total the train needs four carriages.
