Welcome to Tronji! If your are experiencing online problems and it's stopping you from downloading and playing this amazing game...then help is at hand! We hope these FAQ's help to resolve some of the most common problems, so you can start playing.
If multiple users sign up for Tronji World accounts on the same computer only the account that downloaded will work.
To get a second user account to work you will need to do the following:
Click on "TRONJI WORLD" above
Login with the CBBC member name you're having problems with
Run the machine test
Then follow the links to downlaod tronji
Once it starts downloading you are ok to cancel it
You should now be able to login to TRONJI WORLD normally!
This means your game client (game version) is out of date. You need to leave the game and come back so it can download the new version via the auto-update, or you need to download and install the game.
1. Check that you are properly connected to the internet.
2. Double check that your firewall is not blocking the communication to our Auto-update server.
Timmed out connecting to server. The most likely cause of this is your firewall software blocking Tronjiworld from accessing the internet. The following are all components of Tronjiworld and need outbound access to the internet:

NiCELauncher.exe
aliceclient.exe
NiCEUpdateClient.exe
AliceclientAR
Please check your firewall software to make sure these components are not being blocked
