CBBC's Tronji World beta trial came to an end on 13th April. You now won't be able to create a new CBBC account for Tronji World.
But don't worry, you can carry on playing with an existing account until 5th May - after which you will need to re-register to continue playing by visiting www.tronji.com - this is not a CBBC site, but is run by BBC Worldwide. TRONJI WORLD is a free 'Massive Multiplayer Online Game' (MMOG) for PC: a whole world of games that you can explore and play along with your friends. To enter TRONJI WORLD you must download/install the game on your PC. The game will then connect you to the world of games using your broadband internet connection. Click to return to the FAQ menu
TRONJI WORLD works on PCs, and needs Windows to run. As a minimum you will require:
Windows XP with service pack 3 or Windows Vista with service pack 1, 1.6GHz Intel or AMD processor, 512MB of RAM, 1GB free hard drive space, a broadband internet connection, a 3D graphics card supporting shader model 1.1 or better, and a minimum of 128MB video memory.
Please note: laptop users may have problems as most laptops have limited graphical capabilities.

The initial download is around 350MB. Every time you start TRONJI WORLD it will automatically check for any game updates online which it will download and install for you. For this reason we only recommend that those with an uncapped broadband account download and play this game. Click to return to the FAQ menu
1. Make sure that your PC is connected to the internet and that you have a working connection.
2. Check that you are entering your login details correctly; is your Caps lock on?
3. Check that your firewall/security software is not blocking communication to the TRONJI WORLD game servers. This includes Security Suites like Norton, McAfee, Zone Alarm, AVG etc. Or if you're not running extra security software remember to allow any pop-ups from Windows firewall.
Most personal firewalls will present pop-up warnings when the demo tries to connect; the connection should be allowed and you should tick the box to allow and remember the connection rule.
4. Help with Windows firewall can be found online, ask an adult to help you.
5. Run the game in a window (display settings on launcher) so that you can see any firewall messages in the background (Alt+Enter within game).
6. If you are behind a corporate firewall, you will need to ask your IT department to allow the following
communication: 2000-2010 UDP Outbound , 10,000 - 11,500 UDP Outbound , Allow: 2501 TCP Outbound

2. Have you updated your graphics driver in the last 6 months? It is recommended that you install the latest
graphics driver for your video card. The best place to find new drivers for your computer is the manufactures'
support website, for example Dell, HP or Samsung. Or if you have added a graphics card to your system and know
the model number some useful places to try on the ATI or NVIDA site, but you will need an adult to help you check.
