Get spotty for BBC Children in Need by making you own spotty pizza!
100g gluten-free flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
4g fast action dried yeast
50g grated cheese
2 -3 tablespoons of tomato sauce or pasta sauce
Spotty toppings of your choice

NOTE: The calorie content of the whole pizza will vary depending upon the kind of tomato sauce, cheese and spotty topping that you decorate your pizza with.
Heat your oven to 200 degrees or gas mark 6.
Put the flour and salt into a bowl then add the oil and water.
Stir the mixture with a fork untill it forms a dough.
Cover your hands with flour and work the dough into a ball.
Place your ball of dough onto a floured tray or baking paper and roll it out to become your pizza base.
If you are using the gluten free ingredients your dough will require some kneading before you roll it out.
Spread your tomato sauce over your pizza base.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
Now it is time to get spotty with your topping! Find all your favourite round topping and add them to your pizza.
Place your pizza in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, till it is cooked though. Wait for it to cool and you're all done!
