It's Sport Relief time so that means it's time to get sporty! To keep your energy levels up while you're training for Sport Relief why not make some tasty Berry Bites.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
or gas mark 3. Then butter the base of your tin.
Warm the butter, honey and sugar
in a pan until the butter is melted.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the porridges oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, dried fruit and ground cinnamon.
Add the mixture from the pan and
stir together until all of the oats are well coated.
Tip the mixture into your
buttered tin and press down lightly, then bake for 30 mins.
the tin cool and cut into bars.

finishing touch to your berry bites!
