Make your own woolly pompoms to decorate presents for your friends and family or add to your winter hats and scarfs for a unique touch.
Wrap the wool around the prongs
of your fork.
Cut a separate strand of wool.
Thread one end of the strand between the middle prongs below the wrapped wool and thread the other end between the middble prongs at the top.
Tie both ends together in a tight knot.
Pull wool off the fork and
secure the knot tightly.
Put the scissors through the first loop and cut, then do the same with your second loop.
Spread out your wool to create a nice round pompom.
You can use different coloured wool and different sized forks to create loads of unique pompoms.
