Make you and your friends super tasty, fruity and healthy ice lollies!
You will need
Ice lolly moulds (or you could use plastic cups or ice cube trays)
Wooden or plastic lolly sticks
Fruit of your choice: We used 1/2 watermelon, 1/2 cup of Blueberries, 1/2/ cup sliced strawberries, 1 kiwi and a handful of cherries
Remember you can use any fruit and you can also make them with tinned or frozen fruit too!
Keep cool this summer with these healthy, tasty and easy to make
ice lollies! You can make lots at once and share them with your friends during the summer holidays!

Carefully cut the pink part of the watermelon into chunks and
use a blender to turn it into a mushy puree - this will be the main part of your lolly. Remember to take care using the
knife and blender and ask an adult for help if necessary.
Slice up the other fruit making sure you take out any pips or stalks.
Make sure your moulds are dry and layer your fruit inside, you should be able
to stick the fruit to the side which will make sure your lollies have a colourful pattern.
Fill your moulds with your watermelon puree (you could also use orange
or apple juice).
Add a wooden or plastic lolly stick to each mould.
Put in the freezer, make sure they are upright and secure. Leave for
6-8 hours (or overnight).
Take your lollies out of your moulds by running the mould under warm
