This guide will help you download and install CBBC wallpapers onto your computer for FREE.

In the example below we'll show you how to download one of the CBBC wallpapers. Don't worry if you want to choose different wallpaper though, instructions are the same for all wallpapers on CBBC.

Wallpaper download guide for PC

1. Find a wallpaper you like. You can see all our CBBC wallpapers here.

2. Click on the picture of the wallpaper that you want. If you have a widescreen computer, use the blue "widescreen" icon that is below the picture.

3. A new page will open showing the wallpaper at full size. Click your right mouse button on the picture and then select 'Set As Background'.

4. A small box might appear, showing how your wallpaper will look. If you are happy with how your wallpaper looks, select 'Set Desktop Background'.

5. Your wallpaper picture should now automatically appear as your desktop background. If the wallpaper looks stretched on your desktop then try selecting the widescreen wallpaper option.

5. If you want to change your wallpaper, simply choose another wallpaper and follow the steps above.

Wallpaper download guide for Mac

1. Click the picture that you want as your wallpaper.

2. A new page will open showing the wallpaper at full size.

3. Hold CTRL button and click your mouse button on the picture.

4. A small text box will open. Select 'Use Image as Desktop Picture'.

5. Your wallpaper picture should now automatically appear as your desktop background. If the wallpaper looks stretched on your desktop then try selecting the widescreen wallpaper option.

6. If you want to change your wallpaper, simply choose another wallpaper and follow the steps above.
