R: "So myself and Lindsey are training for a little rowing challenge which is coming up in the next couple of weeks, rowing is a sport I’ve never done before I absolutely love it and it’s a real challenge to me - my natural reaction is to force everything and use strength but actually you’ve got to be really soft and really listen to the water! We'll be going head to head at some point in the future, that’s all I can tell you for now, but keep watching the show to find out more!"
19th June 2014 11.30am
This week the team have been up to loads of exciting things...
B:"Coming soon and very fast to Blue Peter you’re going to see me driving a Formula 1 car! I think it’s one of the most incredible things I’ve ever done in my life!
L:"Barney and I have been taking on a dance called the Lindy Hop – I renamed it the LINDSEY HOP because I think that’s better! We only had 2 days to practice and some people there had been practicing for a year and half! Watch today’s show to find out how we did…"
12th June 2014 11.30am
We caught up with Radzi who was keeping a few things to himself...
“This week I’ve had the most fun ever trying to destroy a virtually indestructible football! I’m not going to let on if we succeeded but you definitely need to watch this week’s show to find out!
I will give you a clue about how we tried to destroy it though... RAAAAAWWWRRR!”

The BP team are in NewcastleGateshead for CBBC Live, we grabbed Radzi for a chat...
"We're in Baltic Square, it's called Baltic for a reason Brrr...! The production HQ is in an old Royal Naval building which is really exciting as there's lot to see! We've got loads of things going on in today's show - Louis Smith and Christine Ohuruogu are here to help launch our Sport Badge 2014 and Pixie Lott is performing live!
So, don't forget to tune in! You'll also get to see me training to be a medieval knight at Warwick Castle which was loads of fun but I think a different knight should have won, but I'll let you decide when you watch it!"

This week we caught up with Radzi to find out what he's been up to..
"Well Lindsey and I went into the Salford Quays Canal and had our very first training session in a rowing boat. We’re going to be taking part in a race, a head to head race, at the Henley Rowing Regatta. It’s very exciting! What we didn’t realise is just how difficult rowing actually is. There’s a lot of skill and balance involved as well as fitness. There’s so much to think about, and trying to put it into practice is very difficult. But I can’t wait to practice alot between now and the race. Bring it on!"
9th May 2014 1.01pm
This week we chatted to Radzi and Barney about their hover craft racing..
B: "This week I did the most incredible thing ever! I took to the skies! Well, actually I didn’t take to the skies, I took to the ground! Actually, I didn’t take to the ground either… I was kind of in between the two! We were hovercraft racing! I can't tell you who wins the race but you must get your hands on one!"
R: “All great sports need ingredients: speed, adrenaline, danger, skill, fitness. Hover craft racing has everything; it's the very best sport I’ve ever done. I want to be on a hover craft right now. One of the best days of my life!”
24th April 2014 12.57pm
Wondering round the BP garden we bumped into Barney who let us know what was happening to the garden!
“We’ve updated the Blue Peter garden, it now has a few different areas that it didn’t have before!
We have a wormery which is where worms eat food and turn it into compost. Don’t tell anybody but it’s actually worm poo! BUT it’s good for your veg!
We’ve got a new village for frogs - we designed a frog garden where frogs can jump about in water. And we also planted some wild meadow flowers in some pots by the steps. It will be nice and pretty for summer so you can sit out there and have a picnic!”

It’s almost Easter so when we caught up with Barney and Radzi we found out what they were up to for Easter
B: One word – Chocolate, another word – face and a few more words – get in my. I like Easter because we get together and buy each other sweets, you would never normally be allow to eat that much chocolate all in one day!
R: For Easter I will be going up to Scotland to see my family, I can’t wait! We will be playing a game where you roll eggs down a hill and you have to catch them. No matter what happens to it, even if it cracks, you have to catch it!
10th April 2014 5.48pm
Today we found out how Lindsey and Radzi are feeling about their live dance challenge.
L: I am the worst break dancer of all time. It’s going to be very fair as we are both as bad as each other. It’s a bit embarrassing that we have to go live on TV but hey we’re going to give it our all.
R: I can dance on my own to music I know but when it comes to choreography I am not the best! We have to follow one of the Next Step crew and they are very good which is going to make me look very bad! I dreading it!
27th March 2014 3.32pm
We caught Lindsey having a chat with Ricky and his team then bumped into Barney and Radzi and found out what they have been up to.
B: I met Kermit on the set of his new film and he was amazing, a superstar frog! So down to Earth..mainly because he is a frog…Miss Piggy was also amazing, she stole my hat but she did find me some truffles!
R: I was lucky enough to be part of a world record breaking attempt to be the world’s biggest samba band. We had 1700 children all playing together, was it enough? You’ll have to watch the show and find out.
21st March 2014 10.27am
We found out how the final challenge went...Watch here!
R: We all had our 31 legged teams and we saw the heats – who was successful? Everyone, but only two teams could go through, Team Barney and Team Radzi, it was so close!
B: I thought it was going to be three teams having a bit of fun but we all genuinely really enjoyed it. We all got behind out teams, they worked really hard and we were all very proud.
L: It was a really good display of team work, we all had a really good day. We had a go as a team of three and we realised we’d be the worst 4 legged racers ever!
14th March 2014 5.20am
We had a chat with Barney today to find out what happened at the Sport Relief cycle race.
"There is a very famous saying and it goes like this “If at first you don’t succeed – cheat” which is exactly what Lindsey and Radzi did in our latest challenge.
We built our own bikes , I had two wheels, Radzi had three and Lindsey had four and the idea was we had to race them in a fair way and see who crossed the finish line first.
Weirdly Lindsey came first but if you watch this clip you’ll find out why I ended up with the medal."
6th March 2014 3.43pm
This week Radzi gave us the low down on his Sport Relief challenge.
"For the last 10 weeks I have been training for a one mile open water swim for Sport Relief in the freezing Lake Windermere! I hate the cold, anything involving cold really frightens me and I am not strong swimmer. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.
I was trained by Colin Hill who is an expert open water swimmer. I’ve been training every day in the pool and in open water to get used to the cold. Today you get to see me attempt and hopefully complete my swim. Thank you for all your support, it has meant the world to me!"

Having the Police puppies in the studio this week made everyone in the office go awwww! We had to put together a gallery of the cute pups so you guys can join in. Check it out here!
20th February 2014 12.45pm
Lindsey's away this week and the boys are in charge, we found them taking selfies in the office!
Barney: We’d like to announce that we’re very sad this week because we’ve run out of biscuits! Also Lindsey's not in the office which means it’s a boys show and we can say what we like without being told off.
Radzi: What is actually means is that we are going to have bosses talking to us in our ears and we are not going listen to them.
B: Normally you need a girl in the studio for a bit of control but she’s not here today, it could be the first time Blue Peter falls off air.
R: While the cats away...
10th February 2014 2.23pm
We met Radzi and Lindsey for some advice on Safer Internet Day..
"Remember, when it comes to the internet, safety never takes a day off! The most precious thing about your life is you - if anything ever upsets you online, you shouldn't be afraid to tell someone. Also it's great to teach your friends and family to use sites, games and apps safely too.
"It is MEGA important to stay safe on the internet. Never go on a website you're unsure of - it's always a great idea to ask for an adult's advice and help. And if it was up to me I'd keep it to CBBC!"
