Everyone loves chocolate cake, especially when it's shaped like a tortoise!

Get your madeira cake and crumble it between your fingers into a large mixing bowl.

Add the ready made icing to your cake crumbs and stir. It's easier if you use your fingers! It might feel dry at first but as you continue stirring the mixture will become softer.

Divide the mixture into four and roll each piece into a ball shape. Put in the fridge for about and hour until firm.

Take the cake balls out of the fridge and put them onto a wire rack. Use a wooden spoon to pour the melted chocolate over them.

Get your sweet decorations ready, along with your squeezy icing!

Decorate and personalise your mini cakes! Here, we've used liquorice for Cookie's ears, and green jelly sweets for his eyes!

Using the squeezy black icing, carefully draw whiskers and a nose onto your Cookie mini cake. Once decorated put your mini cakes back into the fridge until the chocolate is set.

After about an hour take your Cookie mini cakes out of the fridge and hey presto they are ready to enjoy! Check out the top tips for ideas on how to make Lucy and Mabel too!
