The Artist: Belgian born Gotye (pronounced "gore-ti-yeah") burst into the UK charts with his smash hit single, Somebody That I Used to Know.
The Music: He started his career as a DJ, but says his biggest passion is finding ways of making new sounds; whether it's finding an old strange instrument in an antiques shop or playing on a wooden fence with metal strings attached to it!
Did you know: His real name is Wouter De Backer or Wally for short. The name Gotye is actually the French translation of Wouter, which means Walter in English.
