Sinead's top tips for improving your agility
Playing games such as football, racquetball, ping pong can all help with agility as they require co-ordination, speed and quick reaction. Also dance - something like hip-hop - is exercise disguised as fun!

Circuit training is also good - anything that involves different types of movement, challenging different muscle groups in different ways.
Make sure to warm up first as warm muscles respond faster and therefore will improve results.
