Sport Relief Does Glee Club: Sport Relief Does Glee Club Terms and Conditions
SPORT RELIEF DOES GLEE CLUB
CBBC have been auditioning acts from across the UK to find the 5 finalists who will compete for your vote and the title of Sport Relief Does Glee Club 2012.
HOW ‘SPORT RELIEF DOES GLEE CLUB’ WILL WORK
The live shows begin on Thursday 22nd March 2012 with the semi-final. 5 finalists will perform and the audience will vote for their favourite. The top 3 will go through to the live final on Friday 23rd March 2012 – where the audience will see them perform again and vote for the winning act. There will be 8 programmes before the semi-final covering the regional heats and rounds, plus introducing the 5 finalists.
Each act’s performance will receive comments from our judges after the performance. The judges will consist of three coaches and a guest celebrity for each of the voting shows. One of the coaches will be head judge.
After all acts have performed for that live show, telephone lines will be announced open and viewers will have the opportunity to vote for the act they would like to win. The successful act will be announced at the end of the show, with the overall winner announced at the end of Friday’s final.
In the event of a problem with the phone lines, there are a number of contingencies. These will include the acts being scored by the coaches but these scores will only be used in the event of a problem that cannot be resolved.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A TIE
If the telephone vote is tied between 2 or more acts the coaches will confer and the head judge will reveal the scores and announce the successful act. If there is a tie in the coaches’ vote, the head judge has the casting vote.
