Chris Johnson of CBBC Office fame chats on the CBBC Messageboards about The Sarah Jane Adventures, his favourite aliens and his character Barnaby in the new Doctor Who game! Read on, his answers are truly out of this world...

How did you react when you were asked to be in the doctor who adventure games? - PurplePizzaDoe

Chris: Hello PurplePizzaDoe! What a lovely, tasty name...mmm...Anyhoo, I was overjoyed! Came right out of the blue aswell, so definitely a nice surprise! I may have done a little dance too, but keep that between you and me, 'kay?

Do You Like Your Character Or Would You Be Somone Else? - OrangeDivaTulip

Chris: I loved playing Barnaby in The Gunpowder Plot, but he's not the only character I got to play in the new Doctor Who game! I play plotter Robert Keyes and a royal guard, so I DID get to be someone else too! Listen out for 'em and that!

Which monster do you prefear the sleithen or blatherein? - NephriteBreezyVampire

Chris: I think the Slitheen - the Blathereen haven't tried to take on the Doctor, have they? Big orange cowards!

Do you think you would be a good time lord? - LemonFunkyToucan

Chris: Well for starters I don't even own a watch, so I think I'd mess up that job interview.

Would you go on I Want My Own Room so you could get a Sarah Jane Adventures and Doctor Who sort of room? - PearlSilkyIguana

Chris: That would be pretty cool, PearlSilkyIguana, but my room practically IS Doctor Who-themed. Nil, my entire flat! I've got TARDIS's everywhere! And a total of 50 (yes, 50!) Daleks lining my shelves....My word, I need help.

Chris: Miffed to say the least - it was a great show. But still, we've got 53 great episodes, which isn't a bad run for telly shows - most don't even hit 20! It'll still be on CBBC for your viewing pleasure 

Who is your best character out of SJA and Doctor Who? - SilverDivaWhale

Chris: That's a toughie! I do love all of the main characters, but if I had to single out one...it'd have to be The Doctor himself. He's a pretty versitile character - I mean, there's been 11 of the bloke already! Not too many characters can be handled that way! Plus bow ties are cool.

Who is your favourite Doctor who time lord? (Mine's David Tennant) - RubyKnittingOctopus

Chris: Do you mean which actor who played the Doctor? Coz I can't pick! I love all 11 of 'em! Failing that, The Master's brilliant, ain't he? Wish they'd bring him back! *writes an angry letter to the Doctor Who team*

Chris: Hey CitrineAthleticQueen! Believe it or not, I haven't had time to play it yet!  I've been so busy this week at CBBC Towers that I have had literally no free time! But fear not, I'll get around to it - the script was amazing, so I'm looking forward to a proper play AND meeting myself in the game (gosh that'll be weird, hearing my voice coming out of t'speakers). PS. I'm afraid I can't - the man's eyes are far too voley to be ignored.

Chris: Matt is lovely - we met briefly at a Doctor Who event last year, and he's a top bloke. As is Karen...did I mention that I've met Karen? Y'know, the gorgeous one? Yeah, I've met her. Yeah. Me. And that.

Is it exciting being in Doctor Who? Does Hacker love his meaty pastes? Of course it's exciting!!!

Who is better at playing Dr Who, Tom Baker or David Tennant??? - EmeraldCheerfulPrimrose

Chris: I think they're both brilliant, because they're both very different. But David has the better dress-sense, for sure.

Do you feel like the NO.1 SJ fan and WHY??? - IndigoRockingOrchid

Chris: IndigoRockingOrchid, I'm definitely a pretty big fan BUT not the biggest - I was beaten in a SJA Fan Quiz by a viewer last year, so I cannot in all of my official capacity claim to be the biggest fan.

Though I DEFINITELY am, really. It has something to so with continuously watching the box sets
