CBBC Office: Be on a Show - Family Entertainment Show

WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIVE SOMEONE THE SURPRISE OF THEIR LIFE?
If you have answered yes to any of the above questions then we want to hear from you!
To be involved you must fulfil the following application criteria:
• You must be aged between 8 and 14 years old.
• You need to complete an application form and a parent/legal guardian must sign to verify their approval.
• Applicants must not be employees of, or close relatives of employees of the BBC.
• All applicants must be UK residents.
- Make sure you have permission from your parent/guardian before sending us any personal details.
- Please note all contact numbers must be for a parent/guardian aged 18 years or over.
Filling in the application form
There are two parts of the form; one for the parent or guardian to fill out, the other for the child to fill out. Please make sure that both sections are completed before sending us the form.

We need to find out details about you and why you think you should appear on the show. So fill out the application form and get your parent/guardian to sign the consent slip - Without this consent we will be unable to take the application any further.
Closing date for all applications is Friday 29th August 2014

If you have NOT heard from us by October 2014 then this means you haven’t be successful this time – unfortunately we won’t be able to reply to every application as we will receive many applications for this opportunity.
Please make sure you make copies of any precious photos, as unfortunately we cannot return photographs or application forms. We are also unable to provide feedback at any stage of the process.
If successful, we will call the Parent/Guardian listed on your child’s application form and not your child. The BBC operates a Child Protection Policy and all our staff comply with it.
