How to Apply

Before you apply, make sure you read all the information on this website: it’ll give you a good idea of what we’re looking for, the roles on offer, and the locations where you can work.

Step One

Take a set of Situational Judgement Tests.

Situational Judgement Tests are designed to test your responses to common sense situations. Although the scenarios are production based, you don’t need a production background to be able to answer them.

Step Two

Fill out a written application.

In the first stage of the application form you’ll be asked to;

  • Answer questions about yourself 
  • Complete a budgeting exercise
  • Write a creative brief based on a given scenario
  • Analyse the content of a radio programme

If successful at this stage:

Step three

Take an online assessment.

If you have passed this initial stage, we will contact you by email and invite you to complete an online assessment.

Please Note:

You can only do these tests once

If successful at this stage:

Step four

You will be invited to attend an assessment centre.

If your application is successful, you will be invited to a one-day assessment centre.  Assessments will take place in May, in London, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff and Glasgow

If successful at this stage:

Step five

You must be available for work from 2 June onwards

All successful candidates to the Production Talent Pool will be invited to apply for the Production Trainee Scheme (details will be given to successful candidates)
